I’ve known the founder of MLove Life for years, and she’s always had an uncanny ability to share the details of a holistic lifestyle in a very simplistic way. Changing the way you think about your diet can be very overwhelming, but over the years I’ve been able to feel and see the positive effects it has had on my life. One of the ways she shares her life is through the ministry of nutrition and sharing how we can treat our bodies like the temples they are.
