Jason Petty aka Propaganda came to Hawaii to perform back in 2008 when I lived there, and that’s when I met him for the first time. I was hired to be the camera person to record the event and was blown away at the talent and intellect that came from his musical poetry. I met Arielle after hearing her perform spoken word at an event a few months ago. To say I was speechless is an understatement. As she came in for a hug, I commented on how humble, sweet, and approachable she was. She replied “I’m not really familiar with what a “stranger” is. I agree. Her poetry and personality is comforting and validating at the same time. What she’s embarking on as an artist and truth seeker has already started a movement, and I’m totally on board. If you’re free THIS Saturday April 2nd, you can attend her EP Release party for “Symphony of Lioness”. More details here. Continue reading “Promo Tuesday with Arielle Estoria”
