Today’s topic is about asking counsel of God. Scripture: “And the men took of their victuals, and asked not counsel at the mouth of the Lord.” – Joshua 9:14 How often do we make decisions without asking God? One of the greatest gifts we have as believers, outside of salvation and a relationship with God, is being able to ask God for wisdom and guidance. When we make plans ourselves, how can we know that we’re truly doing the right thing? Without asking God, we’re taking shots in the dark.
