I remember the first time I had one of Amber’s peanut butter cookies, and it was the first time I ever said “Oh my gosh! This is so good and chewy!”about a peanut butter cookie. I’m not usually a fan of peanut butter cookies because most of the ones I’ve had in the past tend to be a little dry. I don’t know what her secret ingredient is, but all of her baked goods leave you craving for more. I think she’s got an advantage having a live in taste tester as a husband. Lol. Recently, she’s ventured into cookie cakes–which are no easy feat!–and they are just as good, if not better, than her individual cookies.
