I’m Kytia L’amour, and a while ago I recorded this original song by myself on my iMac, so it’s far from professional. However, I hope the lyrics encourage you as much as they encourage me when I listen to it. Many people will tell you to keep your head up even though life sucks, so just press on and harden your heart.

Others will say that if you’re a Christian, nothing should ever get to you. I’m here to say that peace is something Jesus promised us if we’re living in alignment with His will, but it doesn’t mean we don’t hurt sometimes.

Peace that surpasses all understanding is peace that you find even in the struggle and even through the trails. Keep holding onto it and walk in obedience and love. Jesus wants you set free.
