I attended a few events at the Oh, Hello Friend shop before meeting its owner Danni for the first time. Once I laid eyes on her humble and beaming smile, I couldn’t help but hug her as if we had known each other since childhood. Her store has a feeling of home as she welcomes you in with messages of “You are loved” on display throughout the space. In the short time since her brand was founded, God has move her into directions she never dreamed, and is constantly expanding her vision for it. I can’t even imagine where her business is headed, but I’m glad to be along for the ride.

Here’s a little about her in her own words:

“oh, hello friend is a stationery and jewelry brand designed and owned by Danni Hong. When Danni started the oh, hello friend blog in 2008, she knew she was excited about handmade goods and stationery. What she didn’t know was that in the next five years, she would travel the world as a full time designer, blogger and shop owner. Danni has traveled to cities all over the United States and in Canada and England bringing OHF goods throughout the world. oh, hello friend’s goal and hope is to convey positive messages that put a smile on your face.”
